What is adult use cannabis?
On November 7, 2016, California voters passed proposition 64 which authorized the possession, transport, purchase, consumption and sharing of up to one ounce of cannabis and up to eight grams of cannabis concentrates for adults aged 21 and up (as of January 1, 2018).
What is the legal limit that a customer can purchase?
Adult-Use
Flower – 28.5 grams
Concentrate – 8 grams of cannabis concentrate
Live Plants – 6 immature plants
Medicinal
Flower – 8 ounces
Concentrates – plant conversion of 8 ounces
Live Plants – 12 immature plants
Are medical patients allowed to purchase goods here?
You can purchase medicinal cannabis at the Pottery if you have a valid physician’s recommendation and a valid government ID OR a valid county-issued medical marijuana identification card.
